Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-09-11

By using CertiDrone, you accept these terms. CertiDrone is an independent preparation aid; it is neither affiliated with, endorsed by, nor recognized by Transport Canada and issues no official certificate.

Nature of the service

CertiDrone provides a learning path (lessons and questions) and mock exams in the same format as Transport Canada exams. Our questions are 100% original, written from official documents; we never reproduce the real exam questions. CertiDrone also publishes a pilot directory: the information in it is declared by the pilots themselves and is not verified by us.

No guarantee of success

Our tools prepare you for the exam but do not guarantee that you will pass. Passing the official exam depends on Transport Canada alone.

Your account

An account is required to start a test. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for lawful, respectful use of the service.

Intellectual property

CertiDrone's content (questions, lessons, brand) is original and protected. Transport Canada's official publications are referenced, never reproduced commercially.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". CertiDrone is not liable for decisions made based on the content; regulatory responsibility for the flight rests with the pilot.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec and Canada.
